I’m an avid photographer, so when my best friend mentioned wanting to go to Peru, I jumped on the chance to go with her. We went with a tour because neither of us speaks Spanish, but we still had plenty of time to wander on our own. Even more – I had time to take photos.
The architecture in Peru is fascinating, but the raw beauty of the Andes and their inhabitants was what really captured my interest.
I could go on about the awe-inspiring size of the condors as they glided past, but words don’t do them justice. I’m not convinced that the altitude was what took my breath away at Cruz del Condor in Colca Canyon. It was probably the condors that morning.
